Use of this site

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute a contract, an offer, or a promise of a specific outcome.

Engagements

Every engagement is governed by a written statement of work. That document defines the scope, the deliverables, the test windows, and the retest terms. Where this website and a signed statement of work differ, the statement of work controls.

After delivery

After we deliver a report, we walk through the findings with your team and answer questions. Any further testing, such as a retest of fixed issues, is handled according to the statement of work.
